5 Tips To Make This The Best Easter

To say that I am excited about Easter this Sunday is an understatement! We are believing that the elements we have planned for the service will impact your life on a deep level. So, with Easter just days away let me give you 5 “tips” to make this the best Easter Ever.

5 Tips

1. Arrive Early

We are expecting over 1,000 people in attendance which means more cars, which always leads to more traffic. So, make sure you arrive at least 15 minutes before your service actually starts so you can have plenty of time to check your kids into DiscoveryPointe Kids Ministry and find a seat.

2. Check Your Kids Into DiscoveryPointe Kids Ministry

If you’re tempted to have your kids (birth-5th grade) sit in the adult services with you, DON’T! Our DiscoveryPointe team has an incredible experience created just for your kids. The goal of Easter should be for your kids to walk away with a great experience where they can understand Jesus in a fun, safe, way that is on their level. DiscoveryPointe is the place where that can happen. Plus we need their seat in the main auditorium. 🙂

3. Sit where you’re sat

I know we all have our favorite seat or section in the auditorium, but this Sunday when you enter you will be greeted by our outstanding Usher team and they will ask you to sit in a specific section. We are doing this because our seating is limited and we want everyone to not only have a seat but to also have a great experience. Sit where you’re sat!

4. Baptism Afterparty

After both services are over, 9:30 AM and 11:15 AM, you will get an opportunity to see what Life Change looks like through the picture of baptism. We call this our “Easter Baptism Party.” Once church is over you will grab your kids from Kids Ministry and then head outside for the baptisms!

5. Don’t show up alone

Your Easter experience will go to the next level if you actually invite someone to come with you. This is one of the easiest times of the year to invite your neighbors, co-workers, and friends to come sit with you. MAKE THE ASK!

I can’t wait to see you this Sunday at 9:30 AM and 11:15 AM.  To see the power of what can happen through a simple invitation check out this video.
