| Sundays @ 9:30AM and 11AM

As we’ve said all along, safety is a TOP priority at Lifepointe! We are committed to ensuring the highest level of safety possible, including following as best we can all recommendations from the CDC and local municipalities regarding distancing, cleaning and masks.

There is NO PRESSURE to resume attending our experiences physically at this time or any other. Church “attendance” is not our goal. We’re all about helping people continue to grow in their relationships with God and each other. So, we are committed to continue reaching ALL people with the FULL LIFE message of Jesus every week through our digital platforms as well.

As of July 12, we’re excited to welcome everyone to worship with us weekly in whatever way best suits your circumstances each week!

Join us in-person Sundays at 9am, 10:30am, and noon at our physical campus at 390 York Southern Road here in Fort Mill.

You can also join our NEW online community any Sunday morning at 9:30am and 11am at Enjoy the same great worship experience, plus opportunities to connect and take Next Steps. We’ll also continue streaming our weekend gatherings each Sunday at 11am on our YouTube Channel and Facebook page through the summer.

Three great ways to worship with us from wherever you are each Sunday!

Be sure to also STAY CONNECTED to us through Facebook ( and Instagram (@lifepointecc) for up-to-the-minute information, including any potential changes to the weekly plans and schedules.

What You Can Expect…

As you arrive on campus, you may notice several new additions to our Sunday morning experiences. In addition to the construction taking place on our Phase 2 Expansion, we’ve added several new safety measures required and recommended by government and healthcare experts. Below you can find out more about:

Health Checks & Masks

Distancing & Wrist Bands

DiscoveryPointe Kids Ministry

Health Checks & Masks

As you arrive on campus, look for our Health Check stations. All Staff and Impact Leaders serving will be asked to stop by for a temperature check and quick health screening prior to entering the building to begin serving. Anyone attending our Weekend Gatherings are invited to do so before entering as well.

In light of the current conditions in our area and new COVID-19 regulations by all our surrounding local municipalities, we are asking everyone attending in-person to wear masks while on campus beginning July 12 (unless unable to and/or there is a qualifying health concern).

If you do not have a mask, our ERT will be happy to provide one each Sunday at our Health Check Stations. If you have questions or concerns, please feel free to ask them at our Health Check Stations, Try 5 Area and/or Next Steps Area, or email us in advance at

Distancing, Sanitizing & Wrist Bands

In-Person Gatherings on our physical campus at 9am & 11am will be limited to 50% capacity this summer based on current regulations and recommendations for our area. While we cannot guarantee a full 6 feet of distancing at all times, we have put several additional measures into place based on expert recommendations:

  • You’ll find Hand Sanitizing stations and masks available throughout our common areas.
  • Doors will be propped open and/or opened for you as much as possible. Foot pulls have also been installed on the bottom of each door, so you can avoid touching the handles if desired.
  • Bathrooms and other shared surfaces and items will be throughly cleaned before and after every service, and wiped down several times during each gathering.
  • Coffee, Tea and Water will NOT be available this summer, to further reduce shared equipment and spaces.
  • Please help us avoid groups of people gathering in common areas, such as the Lobby, by going directly to Kids Check-in, if applicable, and straight into the auditorium when you arrive.
  • The Lobby doors will open at 8:30am and remain open between services. Seating will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis, and limited to no more than 50% occupancy.
  • We have increased distance as much as possible in our auditorium by removing chairs and widening the rows between. We’re also asking everyone in attendance to leave at least two chairs between you and the next party on each side.
  • To further distance our guests, you may be asked to watch and worship with others from another room or space during an overflow situation.
  • Due to distancing and the construction of our Phase 2 Expansion, all Middle and High School students are invited to attend services with their families this summer. Our DiscoveryPointe Kids Ministry will be available for Kids ages birth to 5th grade (more details below).

To make things easier and help everyone visually communicate our levels of comfort, we’ll be providing Green, Yellow and Red wristbands for anyone who would like to wear them.

Green = I’m comfortable with interacting and some forms of physical contact, including high 5’s, hugs, etc.

Yellow = I’m comfortable with interacting, maybe an elbow bump, but no other physical contact.

Red = I’d prefer you to maintain a comfortable distance, and please no physical contact of any kind.

DiscoveryPointe Kids Ministry

We have missed all our DP Kids terribly, and are really looking forward to seeing many of you again in-person! We understand there may be concerns about safety, and want to reassure you we have always maintained high standards when it comes to suppressing the spread of germs and viruses in DiscoveryPointe.

In addition to our regular protocols, we’re enacting several NEW measures to take the efforts even further:

  • When you arrive at our Check-In Stations, please notice and use the floor circles to maintain safe distances between you and other families while waiting.
  • Please try to use our OUTDOOR Check-In Stations as much as possible to reduce congestion in our common areas inside.
  • Check-In Stations will be wiped down between each family to further reduce the spread of germs.
  • We will be maintaining 50% occupancy in all our classrooms and spaces as well, and continuing our small groups model to limit kids interactions as much as possible.
  • All classrooms, bathrooms and other shared surfaces and items will be thoroughly cleaned before and after every service, and wiped down during.
  • NO toys or kids items will be shared between our 9am and 11am services. Most everything pre-COVID has been replaced by two brand, new sets that can be easily and thoroughly cleaned before and after each use.
  • Unless your child requires something critical during the hour they’ll be with us, such as diapers or special foods, please DO NOT drop off any personal items with your child.
  • If your child might have a fever, or is displaying any symptoms indicating a possible illness, please stop by our Health Check Station when you arrive before proceeding to Check-In.
  • As always, if your child has had a fever, vomiting and/or diarrhea within 24 hours of the beginning of service, please do NOT check them into Kids Ministry.

If we can help address any additional questions or concerns, please let us know at or email our Family Ministries Pastor Emilee at

Isaiah 41:10

“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be afraid, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”

As a church, we’ve been Standing Firm in four areas:

Standing Firm in Christ

Lifepointe has always been about people helping people experience FULL LIFE in Jesus. The church is not a building. The church is us… the people. Our community and nation have never needed us more than right now! So, have peace and take heart, because none of this is taking God by surprise. Jesus is still on the throne, and we will continue to stand firm in the God who is above all.

Standing Firm in Relationships

Although we are committed to being part of the solution by honoring our governments’ requests to distance socially, this is not a time for ISOLATION. We will continue gathering in small groups weekly, in person (as allowed) and virtually. We will continue to check in on each other frequently, and pray for each other daily.

Standing Firm in Generosity

2 Corinthians 9:11 – “You will be enriched in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God.”

Generosity is a very practical way you can partner with and support your church during this season. Your regular giving changes lives and empowers us to continue to share the hope of Jesus, especially in the midst of an uncertain and fearful world. We are asking everyone who calls this church home to continue generously giving, and to set up recurring and online giving if possible.

Standing Firm in Serving

Matthew 5:14/16 – “You are the light of the world…let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”

As a church we continue to offer practical ways to give back and serve our community through this time of need. “Stand Firm” is a call to action. It’s the grace and peace of God that gives us the power and courage to make a difference.
