Our Values

These core values shape how we do ministry

  • Empower

Every person reflects the image of God and is deeply valued. We believe individuals with disabilities are a gift to embrace and a vital part of God’s divine design. Each person has inherent dignity, purpose, and worth. EmpowerAll reflects Jesus’ heart for all people by honoring the unique value of every individual.

“I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made.” – Psalm 139:14

  • Belong

You don’t have to fit in to be included—you already belong. EmpowerAll is a safe and judgment-free space where people, regardless of ability, feel welcomed, valued, and fully included in the life of our church community. We also support families and caregivers by listening, encouraging, and partnering with them in faith and daily life. We want people with disabilities and their families to feel safe to be themselves—loved, included, and fully known.

  • Engage

Every one of God’s children has been given unique gifts and talents. We empower individuals with disabilities to engage in worship, learning, and service in meaningful ways that reflect their gifts and passions. Disability never disqualifies someone from knowing God or making an impact.

  • Access

Accessibility is love in action. We intentionally promote sensory-friendly, accessible environments and lessons that meet a wide range of physical, cognitive, and sensory learning needs. Everyone deserves the chance to grow in faith and experience the love of Jesus.

A Typical Sunday

Here’s an overview of what you can expect:

  • Before Attending

It is very important that you complete the participant registration form before joining us on Sunday. This helps us get to know your child in advance and allows one of our team members to personally connect with you before your visit. Our goal is to ensure we’re fully prepared to welcome your family with care and intention at 11:45 am on Sunday!

  • Check In

If this is your first time joining us, head to the New Family Station in the lobby. Friendly volunteers will be available to guide you through the check-in process using the iPads. Select “EmpowerAll” as your child’s check-in room. From there, a team member will escort you to the correct drop-off room—then the fun begins!

  • Fun

We start each session with 15 minutes of free time. This includes sensory-affirming toys, fidgets, and activities designed to help each child feel comfortable and engaged. Our EmpowerAll volunteers are present to support safe play and build connections with your child.

  • Lesson & Worship

Students will engage in a 30-minute lesson that has been designed with various disabilities in mind in a sensory-friendly space where students are encouraged to learn according to their own unique gifts. Lessons typically include group teaching, video skits, a sign language memory verse, and hands-on activities. Afterward, we enjoy ~15 minutes of worship, snacks, and additional free play.

  • Pick up

Once the main service ends, parents should return to the same classroom where their child was dropped off. Present the check-in label with the matching parent ID number to the EmpowerAll Impact Leader. Then give your child a big hug and ask what they learned—we can’t wait to share the joy of the morning with you!
